By ordering from our online store, you agree to the following conditions of sale:


The prices listed are inclusive of VAT (25%). Online Payment are through PayPal or Klarna. If you are under 18 years of age, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required to make a purchase.
In cases where invoices are not paid by the due date, interest will be charged at the reference rate plus 9.00% and a reminder fee of 60 SEK will also be charged. 

UPS are used for transportation of letters and parcels and we follow the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59). Information about current shipping prices is available on this webpage and this is automatically added to the price when you order products from our online store.

Delivery time and cost

We ship everything from our stock in Nyköping, Sweden. Delivery time is 2-5 working days and we use UPS for delivery outside of Sweden. The exact shipping cost will be shown in the checkout, before you pay. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Out of stock
Occasionally stocks run out (colors, sizes, models). Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to wait until stocks can be shipped or to cancel your order. We operate an open return policy in accordance with The Distance Contracts Act (2000:274) which states that consumers are entitled to cancel their purchase without cause within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods are returned at the purchaser’s expense. Only unused products may be returned. If a product that is sent back to us for exchange / return is used, we will send the product back to the customer with an invoice of 15 Euro for return shipping / adminsitration. It is very important that the product is not used for replacement / return and that all tags, velcro and plastic (for leather products) will be attachted on the product.

If a product is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to rectify the error. The simplest way to do this is to return the product to us together with the shipping label and details of the problem.

psofsweden.se are not responsible for any accident that might occur in connection with the use of our products. Remember that leather is a living material and may stain the saddle pad / breeches and the like. We are not responsible for purchases / transactions or the like between the customer and our dealers. We recommend to always let common sense guide. Please note that purchases made by a Bridle Fitter cannot be returned.

Force Majeure 
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, lack of delivery from suppliers, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the agreements and commitments on our site, which allows us not to honour that agreement / pledge shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
